So I know that sounds weird but here’s the deal. I travel a lot on my job and I am gone for weeks at a time sometimes. For a long time I suspected my my wife of havig an affair but wasn’t sure. I have recently gotten confirmation that she is. The thing is I understand that she needs the attention which I can’t provide and I am willing to accept that. However, I do love her and I would never want her to leave me. My quandry is this…do I approach her about it? Do I say “I know you’re doing this but I don’t mind?” I am torn. On the one hand I think it would ease her conscience if she knew I was ok with it but on the other hand I don’t know if it’s best to let her have her secrets and maybe if I told her it would upset her that I didn’t mind? Any thoughts?
